Sometimes things just get crushed down to pieces, trashed.

feelings. you just feel like shit, and you ask yourself, what did i do?

you get confused and wonder why do you behave or think that way.

when it happens,

pause, for a sec.

you are losing faith in yourself, and those who care about you.

you will do no good if you stay that way.

whatever negative will remain negative,

until you figure out what you want.

when you don't know what you want,

ask yourself, 'what don't i want'

take time to cool yourself down,

and the next thing you know,

a smile might just appear across your face =)

虽然说了很多篇
自己也知道这些事
但是还是想写出来 不懂为什么
或许写了出来 心会比较好受吧

原来你可以真的喜欢一个人
但却不许要他的任何回报
只要相处的开心 这样就够了
这样的关系虽然有点复杂
但是我觉得只要对方开心就好

我发现其实这种感觉可以一直保留下去
就算你知道结果不会是你理想的
可是你知道你这样做 是值得的

曾经有想过为什么要这样
但是最后发现 你带给我很多快乐
如果没有你  我未必会像现在那么开心

能够这样已经是很幸福了
所以要懂得知足

炒饭

有时候觉得人生就象一盘炒饭

你可以把任何东西丢在一起

然后用力的抄

结果是怎样你不会知道

最近发生了一些我自己也不知道

为什么会发生的事情

难道是我不小心 是我的错?

就像以下这盘炒饭，是我人生第一次亲自炒的.

味道还好 视觉效果也还好

个人不是很满意这个结果

我以为放了各种美味的材料

鸡肉 培根 鲜虾 

然后再加一些浆料 

结果 没有很好吃.

或许我真的把太多东西放在一起

然后把事情都搞扎了

结果给自己和别人带来不必要的麻烦

人生嘛

总会有低潮

或许过了这段时间 就会没事了

Hennessy Artistry is having its most anticipated party, the "Global Art of Mixing" right here in Kota Kinabalu this Saturday, there will be two awesome DJs playing music all night long and most importantly, delectable Hennessey V.S.O.P long drinks - it'll definitely be the party you don't want to miss!

"This time around, with an expected crowd of 800 sophisticated clubbers, the upcoming H-Artistry party promises to enthral party-goers to an explosive partying experience where sights, sounds, and tastes will collide."

Hennessy Artistry ‘The Global Art of Mixing’ parties have taken place in some of the largest cities around the world such as New York, Shanghai, Taipei, London, and Los Angeles. Among some of the big names who have performed at these international parties includes Ciara, The Roots, Mike Posner, Alexander Burke, Ne-Yo, Fall Out Boy, Wyclef Jean, Leona Lewis, Jay Chou, Harlem Yu, Jacky Cheung, and Sammi Cheng. Locally, the events has in the psat, featured a host of star-studded performers such as Flo-Rida, Kardinal Offishall, Shayne Ward, Boys Like Girls, The Ying Yang Twins, Da Mouth and many others!


Here’s a low-down on the performers of the night... 

DJ Roxy June – one of Bangkok’s hottest Dj’s, literally HOT! 

Headlining the night is DJ Roxy June from Bangkok, a self taught DJ with an enormous talent. Roxy’s rise to fame started out on the club circuit in Thailand and for seven years, pushed her unique sounds through the Thai underground scene. Over the years, she has risen up the ranks to become one of Thailand’s best female DJ icons, having also toured Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong with her music.

DJ Reeve - a talented Dj at a young age of only 19!

DJ Reeve whose passion in the world of turntabalism started at the tender age of just 19. In just over four years, Reeve has brought his performances on to new heights by combining his unique sounds of Hip-Hop, R&B, and Club Classix. He has also shared the decks with superstar DJs such as DJ Stanley (Aus), DJ Tydi (Aus), DJ Ono (of the Bangkok Invaders) and Thomas Schumacher (Germany) and currently spins with his mentor, DJ Goldfish at Zouk’s 4Play 2.0. Making his debut on the H-Artistry stage, DJ Reeve is looking to conquer the dancefloor at H-Artistry through some of the most infectious and addictive tunes the country has ever heard.

Reshmonu - Malaysia's multi-talented and award winning singer-composer!

Known for his talents in singing, writing, producing, arranging and engineering his own music, he has since established himself as the premier English Language market entertainer in Malaysia. Among some of his standout credentials include performances for Alicia Keys, Prodigy, Pussycat Dolls and Ryan Star of RockstarSupernova. Together with his R&B prowess, Reshmonu will be looking to heat up the H-Artistry stage in White Room.

WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT IT?
This time round, H-Artistry will be bringing back its famed interactive platform, the "Hennessy Mixing Zone", where clubbers will get the chance to engage in three exciting zones: 

1. Hennessy Mixing Bar – a bar where fans will be taught how to mix any of the four signature Hennessy V.S.O.P long drinks (Hennessy Citrus, Hennessy Berry, Hennessy Ginger, and Hennessy Apple)

2. Hennessy Music Mix Synth — where revellers will be given the chance to create their own tunes by selectively choosing to place 15 circular cubes on a react table (each cube represents a different music element, i.e: guitar, drums, etc) to allow them to experience the true meaning of “The Global Art of Mixing” through the blending of their very own tunes.

3. Hennessy iMix Challenge – an area where party-goers can try their hands at Hennessy’s newly developed iPad game which requires guests to slice up ingredients which are found in Hennessy V.S.O.P’s signature long drinks. The top 5 high scores screened on an LCD leaderboard will each take home a bottle of limited edition Hennessy V.S.O.P Helios.    

To top it off, party goers can look forward to savouring some fresh delectable flavours of four Hennessy V.S.O.P signature long drinks – Hennessy Apple, Hennessy Ginger, Hennessy Berry and Hennessy Citrus.

yo! was down in Bintulu two weekends ago (12/8-14/8), visiting my good friend Edwin. We had a great time and I really enjoyed myself! it was definitely a good experience.

It was my first time stepping into Sarawak, despite the fact that it's just across the border and a day-long car ride would be able to get me there. I flew with MASwings, the regional airline serving East Malaysia. It was my first time flying with them, but the ATR 72-500 was quite alright. The journey wasn’t shaky at all and it only took 1hr 10mins from Kota Kinabalu to Bintulu. The refreshments (juice and sandwiches) served were pretty standard. Basically, you get what you paid for.

Arrived at Bintulu Airport around noon and it took barely5 minutes for me to get off the plane, pass through immigration, collect my bag and wait at the arrival hall. Edwin’s mum and sister came to pick me up at the airport and then dropped my stuff at home.

Then, we had lunch at a famous Chinese restaurant nearby. We ordered Billion, a type of local vegetable only be found there. Drove back to his place to rest after that.

 

Ah Ning came to pick me up afterwards and we picked up Lee Jie along the way. She drove us around town, stopped by an old store to get the infamous Kompiah (S’wakian snack), a temple in the middle of the town where a gangster was selling fighting cocks and we ended up at Secret Recipe for tea break. I heard it just opened a while ago, and yeah the air conditioning wasn’t functioning well, not a good start.

After spending some time at Secret Recipe, we decided to visit the Ramadan Bazaar nearby. There weren’t many people around since it was only 4pm, but we managed to get some Malay kuih-muihs (cakes and desserts).

Went back home after that and Edwin’s mum cooked crabs for us! They were really good and the sauce was just nice. Then, his dad brought me over to his cousin’s place for one of his cousins’ birthday dinner. It was quite awkward having to walk into a stranger’s house and join them for dinner, especially when it involved a big gathering of one’s relatives. Luckily I managed to join in and talked with some of Edwin’s uncles and aunties, they were really friendly and made me feel very welcomed. (It was a really good experience and it’s something I don’t get to experience with my own relatives- sad to say).

Ahning and Amy (Edwin’s cousin) met up with me after dinner to go to the church nearby for the youth service. We left half way through the session and went back to the cousin’s place to meet Edwin and Pollux who just arrived all the way from Miri! (Pollux, thanks for coming down and joining us!) Then, all of us ended up drinking with all the uncles and aunties, which was quite alright haha

Oh yeah I was greeted by Edwin’s grandparents as well when I arrived at the place, and his grandma was just so nice and kept asking me to go over and have dinner, but I was rather shy at that time hahaha!

After dinner, all of us went out to the Waterfront by Parkcity Everly Hotel and stroll along the beach. Then we went to the one of the hot spots in Bintulu, (forgot the name) and settled down for supper at Fac Bravo.

We were already quite tired by the time we got home, so went to bed after taking the shower.

back, after abandoning (well you could say the it was on hiatus) here so for so long.

Facebook practically replaced this space, sad to say, but good news is that i'm back and things will be back to how they were last time, promised!

a short update on my life now;

-completed the first year of my 3 year law degree in the uk two months ago

-currently doing my internship at a local law firm

-on summer holiday till the end of september

-got my driving license last month and many unfortunate events have happened since then (sigh)

will spend time to edit the layout and header soon, stay tuned! =)

it took me like half an hour to type up this post,

just lost the so called 'blogging feel' haha
